I generally post all the items within 3 to 5 working days, however that is for prints. Larger prints, pillows, iPhone covers and other items in my shop might take longer and longer to be delivered therefore.
Please note that I do not guarantee delivery dates but if you want me to give you an estimated delivery day please contact me asap.

Returns and exchange details
I do not offer refunds for commissioned artwork and any custom made order.
If your print got damaged in the post please contact me within 10 days of delivery. I will be happy to replace an item and ship it to you as soon as possible once you provide me with images of the item damaged and packaging so I can claim it with the post office.

During covid19 pandemic this time can take up to 8 weeks internationally and for UK it can take 2 weeks longer if certain areas, so please contact me if you have any concerns.
If you do not contact me within this guidelines I won't be unfortunately able to offer you a refund.
I can't consider a replacement on any missing items until at least 5 weeks (8 weeks for pandemic) have passed from the shipping day. Please remember that packages might not fit in your mail boxes, so check with your postal carrier if you think something has not arrived when it should have.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.Please make sure to package the item correctly because if it arrives to me damaged I won't be able to offer you a refund.
Please also note that the buyer is responsible for any VAT/custom fees that their country might have. Please check this. Especially that the UK has left EU now the EU customers might encounter some additional fees for which I am not responsible.

Care instructions
Avoid south facing light and use ultraviolet (UV) filtering glass for framing. Try not to hang prints directly against the interior of the outside wall of a building: the comparatively low temperature can cause condensation and mould growth inside a frame. Conversely, a radiator or spotlight dries the air out, and concentrates dirt by convection currents.
When handling works of art, you should touch the paper as little as possible and keep your fingers away from the image.
